Apesar de todo o controle estar associado ao uso de medicamentos, eu farei sem os mesmos pois acho q depender da medicação é uma afronta a minha força de vontade.... sei que posso, afinal preciso...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Me mato assistindo aquele programa Biggest Looser, amoooo... e ao mesmo tempo me sinto uma besta por nao conseguir emagrecer... ta certo q la os caras se matam, fazem exercicios mais de 4h por dia... tem dietas balaciadas e etc... e td isso leva eles perderem cerca de 3kg por semana totalizando incriveis marcas de até 40kg em cerca de 3 meses... fastastico nao?? Mais fantastico ainda se eu uma simples mortal conseguir o mesmo feito levando o dobro do tempo... muito tempo? Ta certo que andei fazendo merda nos finais de semana... mas o importante é q estou firme e forte!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Semana passada não consegui postar... foi uma correria bem grande aqui no serviço... quase que essa semana tb não venho... por isso devo postar pouco.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Bem para quem estava me acompanhando dia a dia vou colocar um resumao de como estou indo... fiquei chateadinha com a pesagem pq ao inves de emagrecer eu acabei recuperando 200g mas qdo olho pro fim de semana entendo exatamento o porque kkkk como dizem na comu: JAQUEI grandão kkkk&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Mas em compensação na pesagem de hoje eu perdi mais entao ja to feliz!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;As caminhadas estão indo super bem, ontem nção fiz porque acompanhei minha sogra até o metro... aliás sobre as caminhadas ainda não contei pra minha mãe e nem pro maridao... mas acabei falando da dieta... assim evito surpresas com cara de chocolate!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Aliás em falar em chocolate... pega essa... vcs acreditam que a pessoa aqui ja sonhou duas vezes seguidas... e o pior é que foi suuuuper real... eram pratileiras de bombons kkkkkkkkkkk maior deliciaaaaaaa... no sonho eu ainda me sentia super culpada kkkk só eu mesmo ne?!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ja estou me sentindo mais leve... apesar da balança as vezes me trapacear... mas o q importa é q sei que estou no caminho certo dessa vez, pq nao estou me sentindo torturada pela dieta... qdo sinto vontade de comer algo... eu como e pronto... mas  fico consciente de que não perderei o tanto que devia por conta desse exagero e não me frusto... pq não tem nada pior que vc sofrer com vontade das coisas... passar uma seana inteira passadno fome e chegar na balança e ver q so perdeu 0,500g;.... da vontade de xingar até a coitada da mãe do farmaceutico... dai oq  vc faz??? Semana passada confesso que não fui tão bem assim... mas estou feliz comigo mesma!!! Semana passada fiz a caminhada em 4 dias da semana... essa semana só perdi um dia também por problema de saúde... mas confesso que estou me sentindo muito bem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Na terça feira me pesei e mesmo tendo feito a lambança no final de semana eliminei um kilo. Fiquei feliz mas esperava que fosse mais... o engraçado é que fisicamente eu ando achando que perdi mais que isso... as roupas estao melhores... enfim não sei se é psicologico mas sei que estou me sentindo muito bem... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Fiz uma progreção... antes eu tinha sonho de chegar a pesar entre 75 - 80. Mas hoje sei que isso não fara parte da minha vida... então decidi que quero atingir os dois dígitos novamente.... obvio que não estou falando de pouco peso... e sim de quase 30 kg, pelos meus calulos eu continuando na minha dieta e fazendo as caminhadas acredito que se eu perder 1kg por semana que seria a média de 5kg por mes eu chego na minha meta em aproximadamente 6 meses. Foi bem, mas como comi antes de sair de casa me senti mais pesada. Esqueci a garrafinha de agua e achei q isso prejudica a recuperação. Qto a cantar hj não testei. Estou super feliz com meu progresso na dieta, é obvio que ainda não devo ter perdido nada, mas ja sinto certas mudanças que sei que farão toda a diferença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Ontem onsegui não ultrapassar a meta de 500 pontos diários. Meu segundo dia de dieta foi tranquilo também... mas confesso que tem dois horários críticos... as 11h30 e as 16h30. Na minha opnião é a dieta&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;mais coerente... afinal se come de tudo mas de uma forma moderada... pra ajudar tb estou seguindo um cardápio bem básico:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Café da Manhã: café ou chá, bolacha de agua e sal, fruta e 2x por semana um iorgute ou queijo branco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Almoço: 6 col de arroz, 4 col de feijão, saladas variadas cozidas e cruas e uma porção de carne grelhada ou cozida (peixe, frango, bovina ou de porco).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Chá da Tarde: repete o café da manhã.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Jantar: repete o almoço.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Básico não??? E fácil fácil... afinal você não precisa deixar a cozinheira, a sua mãe ou sua carteira em pânico pra entrar de dieta... aliás vcs ja repararam que a maioria das dietas foram feitas para&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt; pessoas da classe média alta????
